Update Payer Portal Registration
PATCH/v1/payer-portal-registrations/offices/:officeId/portals/:portalId
Update an existing payer portal registration for a specific office and portal combination.
This endpoint is useful if a portal changes to SMS 2FA but a request was made prior to the portal update. If the portal now supports SMS, then an SMS phone number will be provisioned when you update the registration.
