SiteConfigurationThe source is not configured to retrieve insurance verifications
SiteMaintenanceThe source is unable to respond at the current time
ThirdPartyAdministratorThe patient's plan information is only available through a third-party administrator
TwoFactorAuthenticationAn error encountered during two-factor authentication
TwoFactorAuthenticationConfigurationThe site is not properly configured for two-factor authentication
UpstreamA failure at the source. We include context about the upstream error in this case.

Troubleshooting

422 Error

If you receive a 422 error (Request Validation Failed) on a request, please validate your request against the schema using a schema validator, such as JSON schema validator.

500 Internal Error

Contact Zuub Support with the correlationId for the request.
